Custom refund tiers and branded booking pages
Two new ways to make bookings feel like your business: refund tiers you control, and a booking page with your own logo and banner.

Set your own refund tiers for cancellations
On Starter, Growth, and Business plans, you can now set how much a customer gets refunded based on how much notice they give before cancelling. Hapo still guarantees a full refund when you cancel a booking or when a customer is a no-show, and built-in limits keep every policy fair to customers. Free plan bookings keep the platform default.

Add your logo and banner to your booking page
Your booking page can now show your own logo and a banner image, so customers know they're in the right place the moment they land. It's available on every plan, and you can drag to set the focal point on your banner photo so the important part is never cropped out.
