Delete a service from your catalogue

You can now delete services you no longer offer. Existing bookings for that service still go ahead as planned.

• Delete services you no longer offer

  Remove a service from your catalogue in one click. It disappears from your booking page, status card and services list, but any upcoming appointments still happen as booked and keep their deposit.

• See the impact before you delete

  Before you confirm, we show you how many upcoming appointments use that service so you know what you're affecting. If it's your only active service, we'll warn you that your booking page will have nothing to book.

• Deleted services stay searchable in your booking history

  Filter your bookings list by a deleted service, labelled clearly as deleted, so your history stays complete even after your catalogue changes.
