Connect Google Calendar and your confirmed Hapo bookings, including upcoming ones, appear next to the rest of your day. It's available on every plan.

Sync bookings to Google Calendar
Connect your Google account in Settings and Hapo creates a separate calendar just for your business. Confirmed bookings show up there automatically, move when a booking is rescheduled, and disappear when it's cancelled. If the connection ever breaks, you'll get an email and a reconnect button in Settings.

Every event links back to the booking
Each event shows the service, the customer's name and the deposit status, with a link that opens the booking in your dashboard. Attended bookings and no-shows are marked too. Customer phone numbers are never copied to Google.

Your personal calendar stays private
Hapo can only see and change the calendar it creates, never your personal events. Sync only goes from Hapo to Google, so if you edit a Hapo event in Google, your change is replaced the next time that booking changes.
